Ok so my life is very consumed with the in and outs of running. I myself am a competitive runner at the collegiate level. So basically, this blog is going to center around different running gear ( the good and not so good), trails/courses that i have experienced first hand, and also I'll give you insight into some sights and stores where you can grab some great deals on all things running. Hopefully everyone will find this helpful. Many posts to follow!
